The Bergen County S.P.C.A. is a non-profit law enforcement organization which works within the State of New Jersey, specifically in the Bergen County area, to investigate complaints of animal cruelty. We work very closely with the various local police departments within the county and work to educate the public regarding the New Jersey State Title IV animal cruelty laws.
