Now, helping the Bergen County S.P.C.A. has never been easier. All you have to do is clean out your closet and drop off your old, yet still usable clothes in one of our conveniently located recycling bins located throughout Bergen County. Bergen County S.P.C.A. is the only authorized Humane Law Enforcement group investigating and prosecuting animal cruelty and neglect in Bergen County.
